incorporated in 2006 for recruitment of personnel for foreign
employment.
This Company was launched with the main objective of enabling our
valued customers to have access to the manpower force available in
Sri Lanka, through the services provided by our company.

Provision and
Replacement of the workforce will be in accordance with job
descriptions specifically included by the employer in the contract.
Our Employees will be required to serve completely in their
prospective capacity.

We will mobilize the
required workforce as soon as possible to join their assigned point
and capacity after receiving the NOC from the prospective country
from the Employer.
|

We hold the sole
responsibility and guarantee of the workforce supplied by us. In
this regard each selected worker is thoroughly tested before being
screened in specific trade test/competency test center besides their
Technical/ Educational qualifications.

We ensure that the
workforce shall comply with all rules and regulations in force
pertaining to the safety and security of the company and the
concerned country . Workforce are to comply with all the rules and
regulations prescribed by the Employer , pertaining to working hours
. discipline, utilization of facilities ,safety ,security etc.

We shall ensure that
all workers are fit to work in their selected field, overseas and
free from infection diseases and AIDS. They will be in
possession of as approved Medical Certificate of fitness by reputed
Medical Specialists.

We undertake to
replace at our cost immediately if any Employee deemed by the
employer to be medically unfit excluding work accident) incompetent
or unsuitable. |

We do advertising on
behalf of our clients whenever our clients require any man power from
Sri Lanka. |

Initially all the candidates will be interviewed by us and Trade
Test will be done without any cost to our Principal. Then the Trade
Test Reports and the CV’s of the candidates will be submitted for
your perusal in due course. |

We will make arrangements for direct interview by our clients on short
period whenever our clients request to do so. |

The period of deployment of workers will be within fifteen days from
the day of selection of candidates and our mutual agreement with the
Principals. |

We do all these services with out any burden to our clients. For all
skilled and professional categories we request air ticket plus our
service charge as per category. your suggestions on this regard are
most welcome. |
